Tuition and Billing for UMGC Tuition Cap Students
Under the UMGC Tuition Cap Program, your employer will cover a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year for undergraduate courses, calculated at a reduced tuition rate of $291 per credit. With this special tuition rate, this means you will be able to take up to 18 credits per year. You will be responsible for any charges not covered by your employer at the reduced UMGC Tuition Cap Program rate.
You must verify your employment each term in order to receive the Tuition Cap Program rate of $291 per credit. Until your eligibility is verified, you will not receive the reduced tuition rate and will be solely responsible for any incurred tuition charges. See the Get Started & Register section for more information on how your eligibility can be verified.
