Getting Here and Parking
Directions
Enter the base on Coast Guard Avenue. Keep right at the fork (which then becomes a one-way street). The name of the road is John Allen Midgett Street. After several blocks, take a left onto Joshua James Avenue and continue on for several blocks. At Michael A. Healy Street, turn left. Turn right at the first street. This will take you into the parking lot of the Barracks/Galley Building. The building will be right in front of you.

Access to Coast Guard Station Portsmouth
If you do not have a military ID, please report to the installation's Pass Office or Visitor Center. You may be asked to provide a copy of your license, registration, and insurance. Your vehicle could be subject to a security inspection.
