Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month Event

Surviving Cultural Identity, Stereotypes, Generational Differences, and More

Join the UMGC community for a moderated Q and A session with Amy Yip, a Somatic Life Transformation and Mental Fitness Coach whose self-confidence training ignites the flame of personal empowerment and propels individuals to become the architects of their own lives. Her strategies and practices have helped many leaders and potential leaders handle the stress of business frustrations and life's challenges, put themselves first to become happier and more successful, and celebrate their own wins to fast-track career advancement.

Attendees are encouraged to participate in the conversation with questions and their own cultural insights.
