  • Develop a detailed project management plan for the design, construction, outfitting, and stocking of a new retail store in Brazil for a U.S.-based home improvement company. 
  • Craft an international business plan that requires devising a marketing strategy, developing financial projections, and creating a strategy implementation plan for a U.S.-based medical devices company.
  • Conduct a situation audit to review various aspects of an organization, including its mission, goals, and values; organizational strategy; organizational size and structure; critical resources; leadership, governance, and management; strengths and weaknesses; and capacity for learning and change. 
  • Analyze a company’s investment activities, debt service, and taxes, and determine how to increase productivity with the objective of improving the company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
  • Develop an outline that reflects the true elements of business startup: opportunity recognition analysis, feasibility analysis, mission/vision/values/strategy analysis, growth strategies, business model, and international strategy and organization.
  • Analyze and prepare a comprehensive report and presentation for a retail chain management team, including data-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and a strategic roadmap for optimizing store performance and enhancing competitiveness in the retail market.
