University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) invites you to attend our 2025 Military and Veteran Networking Event (MilVet Net), a no-cost event highlighting national, regional, and local support services available to military servicemembers, veterans, spouses, families, and caregivers.
Join us at the College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center on August 27, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs), nonprofits, and employers will be available to meet with you and answer your questions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to get professional headshots taken!

- Services & resources: Several VSOs, organizations that offer resources for entrepreneurs, and employers will be on hand to meet with you and answer your questions.
- On-site workshops: Join us for on-site workshops covering topics such as veterans benefits, specific employers, and more.
- UMGC departments on-site: UMGC Alumni Services, Career Services and Community College Veterans Military Education Coordinators (CCV-MECs) will also be on-site for this event.
