View alternative testing sites in the U.S. for taking paper or computer-based placement tests.

This list of civilian sites in the United States has been approved by UMGC Exams and Testing Services. Requests for changes, reports of errors, and requests for removal from this page can be made by emailing exams@umgc.edu.

It is your responsibility to secure an appointment at an approved institution and a proctor for your exam(s). The following is a list of sites previously approved for testing by UMGC. You must contact the site prior to registering in MyUMGC under Placement Exams.

Types of Tests

PBT: paper-based tests only
CBT: computer-based tests only
CBT&PBT: both computer-based and paper-based tests

Note: It is the student's responsibility to secure an appointment at an approved institution and proctor for exam(s). Students are also responsible for the payment of proctoring services of alternate sites.
