Great resumes can get you interviews, and great interviews can get you jobs. You need to do your research, prepare your talking points and questions, have positive nonverbal communication, and dress for the job. University of Maryland Global Campus students and alumni can log in to CareerQuest to access great virtual interview tools, and Candid Career videos, as well as Career Insider by Vault to conduct research. You can also check Community Connect to see if any alumni work where you have an interview.
