Please note: You will receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting this form. In order to complete your application, we will ask you to send a copy of your DD214 Form and, if necessary, documentation to verify your volunteer service.
UMGC will review your application as well as other necessary information from your student record to determine your eligibility. If you are accepted for membership, you will be charged a $35 student membership fee. Do not send fees until you have been notified that your application for membership has been approved.
