If you have already attempted a course three times and are seeking to attempt the course for a fourth time, you will need to complete the course repeat petition form below to seek permission.
Please note: On this page, we define the term "attempt" as enrollment in a course in which the student has received a grade. Officially withdrawing from a class and receiving a mark of 'W' is not counted as an attempt for repeat limits.
